We currently have three shipping options you can choose from!
1) Standard (3 - 7 business days, $5 flat rate shipping)
2) Expedited (2-5 business days, the rate will be calculated at checkout)
3) Priority (1-4 business days, the rate will be calculated at checkout)
We are doing our best to maintain a steady supply of Ripple products for our online store. If we are out of something, we are working as fast as we can to re-stock.
You can also now sign up for back in stock announcements! Put your email address into the product you would like updates on, and we will be sure to email you as soon as we have more products available for purchase.
After you’ve made a purchase, we'll send you two emails. First, your 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent within minutes of placing the order to let you know that our system has accepted your order. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email with all the necessary tracking information. If you don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. If you still have questions about your order status, feel free to email us at DTC@ripplefoods.com.
Due to all Ripple orders being processed immediately after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee any updates to your order after it has been confirmed. In rare cases if a mistake has occurred, please email us at DTC@ripplefoods.com as soon as you can to increase the chances we are able to make updates before the warehouse starts working on your shipment!
Orders are processed at our warehouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing generally takes 24-48 hours; once your order has shipped from the warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for your delicious Ripple to arrive at your door
We don't accept returns of product or product exchanges.
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Ripple order, please reach out to our customer service team by email: email@example.com.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Ripple order, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the bottle or carton, so that we can trace the specific batch of Ripple you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We offer ongoing subscriptions to customers who never want to run out of Ripple! Our subscriptions are commitment-free and can be updated, edited, or canceled at any point in time.
To sign up, select the "subscription" option on the product page before checking out.
You have the option of receiving shipments every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months at a 10% discount. We'll automatically bill the credit card you provide us whenever we send a shipment. If you would like to change the credit card we have on file, you can do so by logging in to your account and editing your billing information or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
